CR Deli set for Perth Shopping Centre

St John’s Shopping Centre, Perth has announced that work has now begun in earnest on a new Coffee Republic Deli outlet at the King Edward Street entrance to the shopping mall.

The Coffee Republic Deli, the first of its kind outside of Edinburgh and Glasgow, and the fourth of its kind in Scotland, is scheduled to open in Perth mid to late July 2008.

Perth’s Coffee Republic Deli will offer customers a unique combination of fresh deli food, award winning coffee blends and the opportunity to enjoy their Coffee Republic Deli experience either inside the shopping centre or on piazza style seating in St John’s Square on Kind Edward Street.

Siobhan McConnell, manager of St John’s Shopping Centre, said “The Coffee Republic Deli will be warmly welcomed to Perth and has a prime location at the main entrance to St John’s Shopping Centre. It is an innovative, cosmopolitan and well loved brand with excellent products and service and I believe it will complement and add strength and vitality to our city centre.”
